Guillermo Pascual, known to most as “G”, has been in South Florida for over 30 years & has been in the Waterproofing Industry for over 20 years. His intimate knowledge of Waterproofing Systems stems from dozens of Product Manufacturer trainings, Hundreds of Waterproofing projects & “Hands on” field experiences.
Guillermo excels at troubleshooting water intrusion issues, diagnosing the problems & sealing off water intrusions of Below and Above Grade conditions in everything from Residential Projects, up to High Rises and Skyscrapers. Guillermo is OSHA 30 Certified and provides OSHA 10 Trainings/Certifications to all of G-Force’s Field employees and OSHA 30 Certifications for all of the G-Force Company Supervision. Guillermo keeps G-Force up to date on all the latest Safety trainings, Equipment & Product Manufacturer’s trainings in order to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Yishuai Cao
VP of Operations
Yishuai started at G-Force as an Estimator/Project Manager after he graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Florida Master’s Program in 2017. Coupled with a graduate-level educational experience at UF, years of productive work experience, and a positive attitude toward learning, he was promoted to Senior Estimator/Project Manager and now as Vice President of Operations in the last five years. Yishuai is in charge of supervising all the project managers, estimators, and superintendents. He manages the bid process, project management, and coordination between the field and offices. His keen eye for detail and precision as well as his responsible manner advance the company’s success.

Linzi Xu
Senior Estimator
Linzi Xu graduated from The University of Florida, achieving his Master’s Degree and specializing in civil engineering for over 7 years. He has been involved in many construction and civil enterprises worldwide, gaining extensive experience in waterproofing systems and other general construction as well.
Linzi is an expert in both residential and commercial construction waterproofing and restoration, and is experienced in Estimating and Software operation such as Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office with high efficiency. Linzi is OSHA 30 Certified.

Xuefei Sun
Estimator
Xuefei achieved her master’s degree from University of Florida concentrating in structure. She comes from China and has civil engineering working experience in both the US and China.
She is familiar with both structure and construction software such as Planswift, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, PKPM, ADINA, DYNA, SOFI.

Xuyuan Li
Estimator/Project Manager
Xuyuan is a project manager/estimator. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. In addition, he is a member of the Civil Engineering Honor Society. He has passed the FE exam and received Engineer Intern Certification.
Xuyuan has extensive experience in estimating new construction waterproofing and restoration jobs. He has in-depth technical knowledge of using PlanSwift, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
